Data I process

I process only the data a person sends me on their own initiative, by writing to the address published on this site or calling the published number: email address, name if given, any business contact details and the content of the message.

The site has no forms, asks for no registration and collects nothing while you read it.

Purpose and legal basis

I use this data to answer the request and to assess possible work. The legal basis is the performance of pre contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject, article 6 paragraph 1 letter b of regulation EU 2016/679.

If the request turns into a contract, I process the data needed to perform it and to meet tax and accounting obligations, article 6 paragraph 1 letters b and c.

How long I keep the data

I keep correspondence for as long as it takes to handle the request. If no work follows, I delete the messages within twenty four months of the last exchange.

Documents tied to a contract are kept for the period required by tax and civil law.

Who else sees the data

The published address is a Gmail mailbox, so Google acts as data processor for the correspondence. The site is published on Cloudflare Pages, which records technical connection data in its own logs for security and service continuity.

Both providers are United States companies and process the data outside the European Union as well, under the safeguards of the adequacy framework in force.

I do not pass the data to anyone else and I do not use it for purposes other than those written above.

Cookies, profiling and measurement

This site sets no cookies, technical or otherwise. It uses no traffic measurement tools, does not track visitors and does no profiling. No consent banner appears on these pages.

Rights of the data subject

Regulation EU 2016/679 grants the following rights over your data:

• access to the data and a copy of it, article 15
• rectification of inaccurate data, article 16
• erasure, article 17
• restriction of processing, article 18
• portability of the data provided, article 20
• objection to the processing, article 21

How to exercise these rights

To exercise any of these rights, write to andreamutti002@gmail.com. I answer within one month of the request, as set out in article 12 of the regulation.

Anyone who believes the processing breaches the rules may lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it.
